[BCFSN] Open letter to Premier to protect agricultural land

Hello all,
please find attached an open letter to Premier Horgan and to Minister
Popham related to the recommendation in the recent report entitled The
Future of BC's Food System to shift agricultural land out of farming in
order to serve the expansion of an agri-tech industry.
