This may be of interest for those whose work, focus or organization involves multiple sectors or
connects local to broader levels on issues like linking food security to conservation, climate
change, community health, biotech/agrotech etc.

Subject: National opportunities to enhance cross-sectoral collaboration

Dear all,

I am excited to share with you a dynamic, cross-sectoral collaborative partnership between The
Nature Conservancy, PATH, The International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and Duke
University. The Bridge Collaborative <http://bridgecollaborativeglobal.org/> represents a new way
of working together across institutions to bring about change and real impact in addressing the
challenges we face in health, development and the environment - because there is only one way to
solve the most critical problems we face: Together.

Our latest fact sheet
<http://bridgecollaborativeglobal.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Bridge_Collaborative_Fact_Sheet_201
8_final.pdf> provide additional information about the program. I am writing to ask if you would
please take 10-15 minutes of your time to help us gauge what additional activities are underway and
where a combined or cross-sectoral approach would be most productive in the countries you are
currently engaged in. We are contacting key potential partners, collaborators, technical experts
and advisors across our various networks to see how future issues, particularly at the country level
and across sectors can be addressed effectively.

The survey is anonymous and short. If you would like to stay in touch with the larger effort under
the Bridge Collaborative, please be sure to list your name and contact information at the end of the
survey. We ask that all surveys be completed by Wednesday, March 28th.

Thanks again for your help, advice and time. Please join us for cross-sector solutions that create
bigger change faster.

Regards,

Claudia on behalf of the Bridge Collaborative
