OK so now what?

Less than 15% snow pack on Vancouver Island.

So little prepared. So few trained in farming in severe drought  
conditions let alone farming.

Guess we'll be eating the babies soon.

Or maybe start with the dogs.

Laughing, crying, dying inside, guess I'll do the only thing I what  
do to with this info:
