Like many, I too want to use this crisis as an opportunity to create change
at a deep and systems level so that we can come into right relationship
with the first peoples of the places where we live, with the land, waters
and beings that nourish us all on so many levels. This pandemic is a direct
result of many of the systems that have wrought so much destruction over
time and across the world for far too long. I believe that with care,
generosity, wisdom and collective effort we can bring about the world we
all dream of.

with hope, tenacity and respect,
Abra

"Social justice does not come from passivity or non-caring. Justice must
be struggled for. That is what life is, or should be all about - striving
for justice. Not only or primarily as individuals, but as members of larger
communities." Ursula Franklin
