Hello all,
our friends at the T Buck Suzuki Foundation have created this letter to the
Minister, seeking to protect the ability of current and future coastal
communities and independent fishers to access fish and sustainable
livelihoods. Please considering signing and share with your communities and
networks. The letter is a great background on the issue, even if you do not
care to sign it.

"Rather than concentrating on what sort of food is healthy for the
individual person, we must think about what kind of production system is
healthy for the globe. Acting in the context of this vision of a different
kind of food system, we will gain the freedom - and the power - to force
change for some measure of justice in this one." Cathleen Kneen, 1987
