Sent to me by a friend who lives in Hazelmere (south Surrey). This is a pretty contentious area right now due to development pressures (remember that proposed truck depot). Reminded me a bit of the realtor last year who was promoting people to buy agricultural land in Richmond because it was cheaper and ideal to make into estate lots.
