[BCFSN] Food: To Good To Waste

In Revelstoke we are looking at running a campaign to help reduce household
food waste. We have the EPA's "Food: Too Good To Waste" toolkit and I am
wondering if anyone has experience using it or any other similar toolkit
out there. Specifically I am wondering about the budget to run the campaign
and the effectiveness of it.
