A discussion on the MINERALS and the WATER our bodies can use and be
nourished by that has some information not always know about.

" The other area I am looking into at the moment is organic versus
inorganic minerals. Most supplements contain inorganic minerals. From what
I understand our bodies do not use inorganic minerals. Plants on the other
hand do use inorganic minerals(from stones/earth etc). The plants convert
these inorganic minerals into organic minerals. As I understand it plants
are the only source of organic/usable minerals. Fulvic acid is from ancient
forest(plant source) so is an example of a "supplement" that the body could
use.

I am currently looking into distilled water. I have always been terrified
of distilled water. I was sure it would wreck health. We had some in the
house and my child drank a cup. He loved it and wanted more. I would not
let him drink it as my info was that it leached out minerals from the body.

Now I do not think this is what is happening. Rain water is also distilled
water. Distilled water does appear to work in the body like a solvent -
apparently the only non toxic solvent that the body can use. Distilled
water carries an negative electrical charge and picks up inorganic minerals
& positive electrical charge elements like heavy metals and remove them
from the body. These inorganic minerals are typically stored in the joints,
blood vessels & organs of the body.

When we drink normal tap water etc our body acts like a filter to the water
we drink trapping inorganic minerals etc in the body.

Minerals that are within the cells are not effected by drinking distilled
water/rain water.

The other thing that I found out was that the water used by the Japanese
water researcher Dr Masaru Emoto is distilled. Dr Emoto showed how
beautiful crystals develop in water when treated to classical music, love
etc. So that reassured me that distilled water was not inert or dead water
- but still very much alive.
The reason my thoughts have gone to water is because we are all very
concerned about where our food is coming from but have soittle information
on what is happening to our water. I recently found out that pretty much
100% of municipalities add aluminum. I have been looking into aluminum
quite deeply and understand it is one of the key factors causing blood to
thicken/lose its electrical charge - ie causing clumping blood. This is not
good for circulation especially to the micro capillaries in the brain etc.
So I think our water is a very important topic to consider."
