[BCFSN] [IFS] Fwd: Pinks run news

Good news that the Pinks are back ( i hope) - up our way i've been noticing
the change in the water levels with my eyes for years - people in authority
'say' that the snow pack - whatever - are not down - but with our eyes we
can see the truth.  We must change.
