Farmers for Climate Solutions (FCS) is a pan-Canadian coalition of
farmer-led and farmer-supporting organizations advancing policies and
programming that support farmers to reduce emissions and build resilience
in the face of climate change. We currently represent over 20,000 farmers
and ranchers from coast-to-coast, and over 20 member organizations.

This position is for five days a week (or 35 hours/week) and is an
open-ended position. You must be based in and have the legal right to work
in Canada. Benefits available for this position include:

   - Extended health, pharmaceutical, and dental coverage
   - Life and disability insurance
   - Defined contribution pension plan
   - Parental leave
   - Flexibility regarding working hours (in particular in light of
   COVID-19 constraints)
   - Flexibility regarding location
   - Salary between $38,876.86  - $47,206.93, depending on experience
   - Benefits and protections as a member of the Union of Public Service
   Alliance of Canada

In addition, FCS believes that our sector, and our work as a coalition,
will be stronger with decreased barriers to entry and better opportunities
to succeed for equity-deserving individuals. We encourage people who belong

The Program Administrator will support the functioning of FCS by fulfilling
the following mandate:

   1. Conduct administrative tasks
   2. Support the delivery of the FCS Farmer Training Program
   3. Assist in data collection and research
   4. Assist FCS with financial management and grant writing
   5. Liaise with SeedChange's Finance and Administration Team

*Deadline for applications is January 3. Interviews of short-listed
candidates are anticipated to be held during the week of January 19, 2022.*
