FCS! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new phase of our work:
rolling out a national program that will engage with farmers and deliver
field programming to support increased adoption of climate-friendly
practices.

This is a full time, open ended position. You must be based in and have the
legal right to work in Canada. Benefits available for this position include:

   - Extended health, pharmaceutical, and dental coverage
   - Life and disability insurance
   - Defined contribution pension plan
   - Parental leave
   - Flexibility regarding location
   - Salary between $67,037 and $76,301, depending on experience
   - Benefits and protections as a member of the Union of Public Service
   Alliance of Canada

The Manager will lead and support a group of FCS organizations who will
deliver field programming (the Farmer Engagement Working Group) by
fulfilling the following mandate:

   1. Support the Farmer Engagement Working Group in the development and
   deployment of a national training toolkit for climate-friendly farming
   2. Support the Farmer Engagement Working Group in training farmer
   mentors, delivering farmer training, and providing follow up to trained
   farmers
   3. Supporting the functioning of the field programming

*Deadline for applications is August 11, 2021. Interviews of short-listed
candidates are anticipated to be held August 23 and 24, 2021.*
