Apartment entry doorways slowly when I do my exercise walk.
I have shared this with MP, MLA, Civic leaders, staff, Churches, BIA, 
Chamber, Semiahmoo Seniors email outreach and other networks.

can be placed between 9 am- 12 pm. Payment must be made over the phone 
(Credit card). They will provide you with an estimated time of pick up & 
instructions on how to pick up. To ensure any risk is at minimum they 
will be wearing gloves when they pick out your groceries & changing them 
after every order is picked out. All customer contact points in store 
are sanitized & disinfected.

White Rock “Take Away LUNCH” noon hour meals (hot or cold). Wednesdays 
only, for now. Distributed at noon at the City parking lot of Russell 
and Johnson.  Grab and go. Supported by City of White Rock, Fraser 
Health, SaveOn Foods and Peace Portal Alliance Church.  Free for anyone 
in need of a meal in these difficult times.  "Community caring for 
Community”.

MOBILE MEALS PROGRAM Cloverdale Community Kitchen - delivers nutritious 
meals to seniors, the vulnerable, and those isolated during the Covid19 
crisis to anyone in Cloverdale, Surrey, Langley, and Newton (maybe White 
Rock if there is demand). We are currently delivering meals on Mon, 
Weds, and Fri with more days being added with demand. Sign-up CALL (604)

SurreyNowLeader support. A sample HOT meal menu would look like this: 
Monday: Shepherd’s Pie, fresh green salad, dessert; Wednesday: Baked

Penne Alfredo, Caesar salad, dessert;  We reserve the right to 
substitute any portion of a menu without notice. Currently, we are

Volunteers are available to shop and deliver for seniors and immune

The A Rocha Farm to Families program offers phone call & email check-ins 
to seniors. This may especially be of interest to those who want to chat 
about gardening, receive stories/photos/videos from the farm, contribute 
their bird & plant sightings, etc. Information/stories would also be 
collected to perhaps shared with A Rocha’s public school partners, with 
the aim of starting a pen-pal system. Sign up for participation in A

DOCTOR phone/video appointments: WRSS family physicians are available to 
patients using telephone or video; also available for in-clinic care as 
needed. Book your appointment, call your family physician’s office. If 
an in-person visit is needed, we will let you know, and staff will 
follow up to make arrangements. Your physician will continue to refer 
you to specialists as needed. People still need ongoing care and advice 
for acute or chronic conditions requiring treatment or medication. Some 
local walk-in clinics are also open. Check www.medimap.ca for 
availability and any special instructions; also shows which are 
accepting new patients.

2020 GET TIDY and ORGANIZED in case of illness or accident:
At least have a WILL yet a WILL is not enough - get more paperwork done 
with your choices for designated substitute decision maker &/or hire a 
person to handle things if overwhelmed. Decide what health care 
treatments you will or won’t accept, note them in your workbook. Where 
are all the important documents and passwords? Notaries & Lawyers work 
by appointment.
