Very interesting clip, Andre, thanks. FYI, an article on a similar topic is about to be published in Social Science and Medicine titled "the neoliberal diet and inequality in the United States." Note that you have to skip the first two pages to get to the article. Canada appears toward the end when the article discusses a new index that measures the risk of exposure to what is called the neoliberal diet here (energy-dense food):
