 DEMYSTIFYING FOOD SAFETY

TUESDAY OCTOBER 28 FROM 1:00 PM TO 2:00 PM ET

_Hosted by_: Food Secure Canada [13] as part of the Food Business Bootcamp

What really is required to produce safe food as well as what is obligatory
under law can seem like a frightening maze. Yet providing safe food
consistently is key to an enterprise reputation and brand. Food
Technologist, Sylvia Caldwell, will walk webinar attendees through the
requirements for small and medium sized businesses. The workshop goal is to
provide participants with information so that they can assess their own
regulatory and food safety position and determine what they need for their
food enterprise planning. Participants are encouraged to complete a short
questionnaire [17] before attending the webinar so that the information can
be tailored to your needs.
