[BCFSN] Low-budget cookbook

The U.S. SNAP program has just published a very attractive cookbook for
food stamp recipients. It can be downloaded free, has recipes that sounds
delicious, and is very attractive. Nearly all of the recipes are
vegetarian. Many would be suitable for gluten-free and vegan diets. Might
be useful for those of you working with low-income people, but it's also a
drool-worthy contribution to anyone's cookbook e-shelf.
