Key Information that you will need for the 2017 Gathering: updated regularly

Thank you to everyone who has registered – we’re so excited that you can make it to the Gathering this year!

Location: The Gathering will be held at UBC Farm in 2017. Meetings, meals and childcare will be within walking distance of tenting sites.

Time: The event runs from 1pm on July 14th through 1pm on July 16th.

Registration: registration is now closed.

Fees: The registration fee is $275 per adult (19 years plus). The fee for seniors and post-secondary students is $200; for youth aged 13 – 18 is $175; for children aged 6 – 11 years old is $100; children up to 5 years old are $50. Single day registration for July 14th and 16th is $100 per day, and for July 15th (full day including evening feast) is $150. Single day registration for post-secondary students, youth and seniors is $75 for either July 14th or 16th, and $110 for July 15th (full day including feast).

Funding ideas: As in past years, there may be funding sources available to individual participants that are not available to us as a Network. Please consider contacting your local foundation or government official to request funds to attend the Gathering.

Children: As in the past, supervised children’s activities will be available during sessions for children aged 3 and older.

Accommodations: Tenting will be available on site at UBC FarmAll accommodations are the responsibility of attendees. We have noted some options for rooms below; hotels are scarce in Vancouver in July at the height of tourist and festival season, so please book your accommodations soon.
